This Privacy Policy explains how NodeSpec LLC ("NodeSpec", "we", "us"), a Florida limited liability company, collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you use our website, our software development, server and infrastructure services, and our mobile and desktop applications (together, the "Services").
By using the Services you acknowledge that you have read this policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Services.
1.Who we are

2.Data we collect
We collect only the data we need to provide and secure the Services:
- Account and contact data: your name, email address, Telegram username, company name and billing details.
- Service and server telemetry: IP addresses of servers we operate for you, resource metrics (CPU, memory, disk, network), application and system logs, uptime and error data.
- Project materials: specifications, documents, credentials and source code you share with us for a development or infrastructure project.
- Payment data: when you pay by card, payments are processed by our payment provider and we receive only limited details such as the card type, last four digits and transaction ID.
- Usage data: pages you visit, actions in our applications, device and browser type, operating system, language and IP address.
- Support communications: the content of emails and Telegram messages you send us.
3.How we use your data
- To deliver the Services: develop software, and set up, operate and maintain your servers, including monitoring, alerts and incident response.
- To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
- To bill you, process payments and keep accounting records.
- To answer support requests and send service notices such as maintenance windows and incident reports.
- To protect the Services, detect abuse and fraud, and enforce our Terms of Service.
- To comply with legal obligations, such as tax and sanctions rules.
- To improve the Services using aggregated and de-identified data.
- To send marketing messages, only if you agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
4.Legal bases for processing
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we process personal data on these bases: to perform our contract with you; our legitimate interests in running and securing the Services; your consent, for example for marketing and non-essential cookies; and compliance with legal obligations.
5.Where we store data
We store data on servers we operate and with infrastructure providers in the United States and in other countries where we or our providers run data centers. When we transfer personal data across borders, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
6.How long we keep data
- Account and contact data: for as long as your account is active and up to 30 days after you close it.
- Billing records: for as long as tax and accounting laws require, usually up to 7 years.
- Server and service telemetry and logs: up to 90 days, unless a longer period is needed to investigate an incident or is agreed in your contract.
- Support communications: up to 2 years after the conversation ends.
- Backups: deleted data is removed from backups within 30 days.
9.Third-party services
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party services, such as payment processors, cloud and software providers, and the Apple App Store. Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies.
10.Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Residents of California and other US states have the right to know what personal data we collect and to request its deletion; we do not sell or share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will verify your request and respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
11.Deleting your account and data
You can delete your account at any time. Use the account deletion option in our applications where it is available, or email [email protected] from the email address linked to your account with the subject "Delete my account".
We confirm the request within 3 business days and delete your account and personal data within 30 days. We may keep data that we must retain by law, such as invoices, and data needed to resolve open disputes. Servers linked to the account are shut down and their disks are wiped.
12.Security
We protect data with encryption in transit, encryption of sensitive data at rest, role-based access for our staff, audit logs and regular security updates. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify you of a breach that affects your data as the law requires.
13.Children
The Services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
14.Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. If the changes are material, we will notify you by email or in the Services before they take effect. The date at the top shows when the policy was last updated.
